United Bank announced that Amy Ganci of Chicopee has joined the institution as Commercial Lending Administration Officer. She has nearly 21 years of banking experience in areas including small-business lending and portfolio management, commercial lending, trust and investment, and branch operations. She was most recently assistant vice president and assistant portfolio manager with Webster Bank, N.A. Earlier in her career she was with the Bank of Western Massachusetts as senior commercial lending assistant/supervisor, and with Fleet National Bank, MA as senior sales administrator for the private clients group. In her new position with United Bank, Ganci will be responsible for managing commercial lending associates and monitoring and coordinating workflow, including conformity with standards in booking and the auditing of commercial loans.

He will oversee HMC’s interpreter service and transportation service; Louise Tokman has been named Patient Accounts manager. She had previously worked as a consultant for Healthcare Provider Advocates; and Kelly Chevalier has been named nurse manager of the Emergency Department. She had most recently worked at Baystate Medical Center as a registered nurse in the Emergency Department and as the night-shift assistant nurse manager.
