Ad Club Announces Four 2017 Pynchon Award Winners

SPRINGFIELD — The Advertising Club of Western Massachusetts announced four winners of the 2017 Pynchon Medal for community service. They will be honored at a banquet on Thursday, Oct. 19 at the Log Cabin in Holyoke.

This year’s winners include Bob Greeley, president of R.J. Greeley Co. in Springfield, honored for his work counseling people recovering from addiction; Judy Ingis, founder of Rachel’s Table, an organization dedicated to fighting hunger; Realtor Paul Sears for his work helping people access home ownership; and Susan Canning, founder of the KEVS Foundation, which helps young people access cardiac screenings and places defibrillators in schools and other locations.
