Public Forum on Creditor/Debtor Law Slated for June 28
SPRINGFIELD — The Hampden County Bar Assoc., in conjunction with the Hampden County Legal Clinic and the Springfield City Library, will offer a free question-and-answer forum on Thursday, June 28 from 4:30-6:30 p.m. at the Mason Square Branch Library, 765 State St., Springfield.
The topic of this event will be “Creditor/Debtor Law.” A panel of experienced lawyers from the Hampden County Bar Assoc. will be available to answer questions regarding small claims, collections, civil actions from collection agencies, bankruptcy, and other matters concerning creditor/debtor issues. Questions will be fielded one at a time in this public forum, and opportunities will be available to speak to an attorney in private.
