Can You Hear the Flapping of Their Flip-Flops?\, Charles Schewe\, Ph.D.\, professor of marketing\, UMass Isenberg School of Management. \nSome label them narcissistic\, ungrateful and entitled\, while others note them as tech savvy\, family-centric and achievement-oriented.
