Nonotuck Resource Associates, Inc. is a community-based agency that has provided residential services to people with intellectual disabilities in Massachusetts since the early 1970's. We offer services to people who need assistance to remain living in a home setting.
ADULT FAMILY CARE
Do you need help caring for a loved one? We offer assistance in these areas:
• Case Management • Nursing Supports • Financial Supports
We provide the help necessary to complete daily activities such as bathing, eating, and toileting, in a dignified and supportive fashion. Caregivers can be a family member, a good friend, or a chosen housemate.
ELIGIBILITY
A short interview with one of our team members will help you decide if Adult Family Care is right for you.
Qualifications include:
• Age 16 or older • Eligible for MASS Health • Willingness to participate in AFC Program
