WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO
As a mission-driven, innovative health organization, we will become the national leader in improving the health of our communities and each person we serve. We will be the most trusted health partner for life. Mercy Medical Center and its affiliates has established itself as one of the leading providers of healthcare services in Western Mass.
In 2015, Mercy Medical Center and its affiliates became part of Trinity Health Of New England, an integrated healthcare delivery system that is a member of Trinity Health in Livonia, Mich., one of the largest multi- institutional Catholic healthcare delivery systems in the nation.
Mercy Medical Center is a 182-bed, acute-care hospital in Springfield. Other facilities include Mercy’s Rehabilitation Hospital, a comprehensive hospital-based rehabilitation center on the campus of Mercy Medical Center, and Brightside for Families and Children, an outpatient service offering counseling and family-support programs.
GIVING OPPORTUNITIES
Every gift to our hospitals is precious and enables us to provide skilled and compassionate services across a full continuum of care, including primary, acute, laboratory services, behavioral health, rehabilitation, long-term, home, and end-of-life. You can give online at gives.mercycares.com/donate. Together, we can honor our past, embrace the present, and continue to heal our community long into the future.
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
The strength of Mercy Medical Center is based on its traditions of excellence and caring, not only for our patients, but also for their loved ones. Every day, our volunteers help to make their hospital experience a little easier. Our volunteers bring a unique contribution to our program and make a positive difference in our daily operations.
