That’s the operating motto for Marois Construction.
Back in 1972, Joe Marois envisioned a construction company, and, starting with a typewriter, a
tool belt, and a lot
of determination, he launched his venture from his mother’s garage.
A half century later, he still has that typewriter; it’s a symbol of both getting started and he says, “it’s worth keeping in case you need to invoice during a power failure.”
Carl Mercieri has worked beside Joe for more than 30 years to grow Marois Construction into one of the most successful firms in the region.
In a passing of the torch — or in this case the typewriter — Carl is stepping into the role
of president at Marois Construction, while Joe will stay on as Chairman of the board.
“Hey Carl, look what I found!”
Together, and with Carl at the helm, they will continue a tradition of excellence — of “building what others envision!”
