More than 500 people gathered on June 19 at the MassMutual Center in
Springfield to celebrate BusinessWest’s 19th annual 40 Under Forty. The gala

featured fine food, plenty of networking, and an exuberant celebration of the
class of 2025, with each honoree taking to the runway and stage to their own chosen walk-up music, introduced by emcees Ayanna Crawford, president
of AC Consulting and Media Services, and Ray Berry, owner of White Lion Brewing Co. Also presented during the ceremony was the 11th annual Alumni
Achievement Award, presented to a 40 Under Forty alum who has continued to excel in their career and community service. This year’s AAA winner is
Jeffrey Fialky, managing shareholder at Bacon Wilson, P.C., a member of the 40 Under Forty class of 2008. The 19th annual 40 Under Forty program was
presented by PeoplesBank and sponsored by Mercedes-Benz of Springfield, Live Nation Premium, and the Isenberg School of Management at UMass
Amherst. The 11th annual 40 Under Forty Alumni Achievement Award was presented by Health New England.
