A Better Life Homecare, LLC is
a Medicare-accredited, CHAP- certified home-care company owned by a group of caring and professional nurses. Its mission
is to provide improved home- care services to individuals in Massachusetts suffering from medical conditions, disability, or inability to remain independent at home. At A Better Life Homecare, we are passionate about our services. Our team not only advocates for our clients but also goes above and beyond to meet their needs.
SERVICES OFFERED
Personal Care Attendant: A multi-disciplinary program that provides personal care attendant and case management services to improve people’s living standards by providing assistance with ADLs and IADLs. While the PCAs are responsible for following the patient’s care plan accordingly, our case managers are in charge of supervising the PCA’s work, ensuring the care plan is followed properly and maintaining continuous communication with the patient’s healthcare providers. Services provided under the program include:
• Shopping and errands
• Meal preparation
• Laundry
• Transportation coordination • Medication reminders/cueing • Physical assessment
• Homemaking services • Bathing
• Grooming
• Feeding
• Toileting
• Multidisciplinary case-management services • Wellness nursing visits
Skilled Nursing Services: A program that provides visiting nurses, occupational therapists, and physical therapists. Services provided under the program include:
• Mental-health management • Medication administration • Coumadin management
• Physical therapy
• Occupational therapy
• Registered nurses
• Licensed practical nurses
• Home health aide assistant
WHO QUALIFIES FOR SERVICES?
Any individual over age 21 who may have a medical condition or disability, or may need assistance with ADLs or IADLs. The aspiring patient must be enrolled with MassHealth.
We are contracted with every major insurance: Health New England, Commonwealth Care Alliance, Boston Medical Center, Senior Whole Health, Fallon, and Fallon Navicare.
