DESCRIPTION:Our annual Frozen Yogurt 5K is a family friendly event that aims to increase awareness of the importance of mental health and support through Gándara Center. \nWalk\, jog or run 3.1 miles through Westfield’s Stanley Park on Sunday\, August 18\, 2024 \nDon’t forget to take a selfie and share it on social media — to help raise awareness for this great cause! \n  \nRace Day Schedule:\n8:00 AM – Arrival and Registration\n* Runners arrive at Stanley Park.\n* Bib and T-shirt pick-up at designated station. \n8:55 AM – Opening Remarks by CEO\, Lois Nesci\n* A welcome speech from our CEO\, Lois Nesci\, and a brief overview of the race route and safety measures. \n9:00 AM – Race Start\n* The race begins! \n10:00 AM – Medal Ceremony\n* Receive your medal just past the finish line. \nVendors Available Throughout the Event\n* Participants can purchase food\, beverages\, and more from a variety of vendors available throughout the event. \n11:30 AM – Event Conclusion:\n* Final announcements and thank you from the event organizers.\n* Reminder for runners to check the event website for race times and photos.
