MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of Lorraine’s Soup Kitchen & Pantry Inc.
is to feed and nurture those
in need throughout our community. We provide our services in humility, while offering respect and dignity to all whom we encounter.

UPCOMING EVENTS
• March: Cornhole Event. Moose Lodge, Chicopee . • April: Designer Purse Bingo. Win purses and raffles.
Knights of Columbus, Chicopee.
• May: Quarter Auction. Auction of baskets, gift cards, etc. for $1 or less. • June or August: Murder Mystery Dinner.
• Sept. 18: Annual Golf Tournament.
WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO
• We provide pantry services Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. We provide groceries to residents once every 30
days. (They can also get four emergency provisions throughout the year as needed.)
• We have a mobile service Monday through Thursday from 4 to 5:30 pm. We provide groceries, and recipients are able to come to one of our 16 different locations in the city.
• We serve a hot, nutritious meal Monday through Friday, 4 to 6 p.m. All are welcome; no ID is required.
GIVING OPPORTUNITIES
Some of our giving opportunities include food drives, monetary donations, sponsorships for events, sponsoring a dinner for our dinner guests, and clothes drives.
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
The item that is always needed: YOU! Volunteering in the kitchen can be anything from checking dates to sorting, stocking shelves, cleaning, doing dishes, cooking, plating, and serving our guests. Event assistants are tasked with assisting on our mobile truck.
