Anjali Shankar Kumar, Associate,
has experience representing clients in both the public and private sector in employment law matters, including non-competition agreements and wage and hour, discrimination, and leave laws; civil and probate litigation; and business transactions. Ms. Kumar earned her J.D. from Hamline University School of Law and her B.A. from University of Illinois, Urbana Champagne. She sits on the boards of directors of the Hampden County Bar Association and Link to
Rebecca Thibault, Partner,
joined Doherty,Wallace in 2013 and recently became a partner in 2021.
She represents businesses of many
sizes and industries, and independent schools in all areas of their transactional needs, including real estate, compliance, governance, environmental, and contract negotiations.Thibault is a graduate of Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut (B.S.), and Washington University in St. Louis School of Law (J.D.).
Angelina Stafford, Associate,
concentrates her practice on a broad range of estate and elder law matters, including estate planning, estate and trust administration, and probate litigation. Ms. Stafford earned her J.D. from Western New England University, summa cum laude, and earned her B.A., with distinction, from the Univer- sity of Michigan.
Diana Day, Associate, has an exten- sive background of high-profile successes
in state and federal litigation on behalf of individuals, small businesses, Fortune 100 companies, and government agencies. She handles civil litigation in a variety of areas, including business and commercial disputes, insurance coverage, probate, and municipal hearings and appeals. Ms. Day is a graduate cum laude of the Arizona State University Barrett Honors College and the University of Arizona College of Law.
Erin J. Meehan, Associate,
represents clients throughout the civil litigation process in a variety of matters, including personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, landlord-tenant disputes, prem- ises liability and commercial disputes. She also advises municipal and commercial clients on a variety of day-to-day matters to prevent future exposure. Ms. Meehan earned her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and earned her B.A., magna cum laude, from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.

   Talia K. Landry, Associate, is a lifelong resident of Western Massachusetts and focuses her practice on all aspects of civil and probate litigation, including contract, commercial, real estate, and business disputes, as well as landlord/tenant law, will contests, debtor and creditor representation, breach of fiduciary duties, guardianship and conservatorship matters. Ms. Landry also assists clients with probate and administration of estates, estate planning, and end of life decisions. Ms. Landry is a graduate of Western New England University School of Law and earned her J.D. cum laude while working full time as a litigation paralegal. Ms. Landry earned her B.S. in Legal Stud- ies, cum laude from Bay Path University.
