maximizing their intellectual property via trademarks,
copyrights, and licensing agreements. She also assists
businesses with designing, implementing and auditing
corporate compliance programs under International Traffic in
Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations
(EAR) and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).
