Research Intern. Primary responsibility will be to contact via phone/email marketing depts and ownership of companies throughout our region for updates to their listings for our annual book of lists and to gather sales leads from those calls for the sales dept.

Editorial Intern. Primary responsibility will be to assist our editor Joe Bednar with projects and may include gathering press release info, assisting with photo identification for Picture This and for events, attending community events to produce press releases, take photos to accompany, and provide story ideas to editor and, for the right candidate, journalistic and published work may be available.

Videographer Intern. Primary responsibility will be to assist editorial team to produce video of regional business professionals as they are being interviewed to be used on businesswest.com and in e-news to promote the editorial content.

Social Media/Event Intern. Primary responsibility will be to assist Marketing/Events Manager with social media posts for event promotions prior to, during, and post events; to assist with social media for BusinessWest issues and content; to work collaboratively to help increase overall social media engagement.

Marketing/Events Assistant Intern. Primary responsibility will be to assist our Marketing/Events Manager with various tasks and projects including marketing plan for BusinessWest, readership study of our audience, and all events-related marketing and execution.

Sales Assistant Interns. Primary responsibility to help generate sales leads for our sales team; prospecting and setting up meetings for sales reps via phone calls, use of email to prospect and generate leads for sales team, and  from regional sources online.

Administrative Assistant Intern. Primary responsibility will be to work with our Bookkeeper including but with organizing, filing, mailing invoices with tearsheets of print ads, and updating and mailing subscriptions for our biannual subscription drive.
