Laura’s career in M&A has spanned both sides of the negotiating table, with 20 years working as an M&A advisor for business owners who are selling their company, and 10 years in the middle of her career traveling around the world buying businesses as the leader of corporate development for a private equity-owned B2B media company. Her experience as both a buyer and a seller has given Laura a unique understanding of how buyers approach acquisitions and how best to position her sell-side clients to be attractive acquisition candidates.
