In such unprecedented and uncertain times, resilience and coping skills are more essential than ever. Healthy Minds Innovations’ (HMI) upcoming virtual workshop series, the Healthy Minds@Work MasterClass, will address these growing needs by teaching participants to improve their personal and professional relationships, reduce stress, and increase focus and health.

Beginning Tuesdays between October 20 and December 15, from 7 pm to 9 pm, each live Zoom session will explore one of the four pillars of a healthy mind: Awareness, Connection, Insight, and Purpose. They will each include a presentation, experiential activities and opportunities to connect with your cohort of learners.

The workshops entail two-hour live sessions each week, led by experts in the fields of neuroscience, contemplative practice, and professional development. The lessons are based on breakthroughs in neuroscience research on meditation by Dr. Richard Davidson, Founder and Director of the Center for Healthy Minds at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
