Economic-forecast Event Set for Oct. 7

SPRINGFIELD — The Realtor Assoc. of Pioneer Valley and the Home Builders Assoc. of Western Mass. will host an economic-forecast event on Wednesday, Oct. 7 from 8 to 11:30 a.m. at Western New England University.

Dr. Elliot Eisenberg, a nationally noted economist, will explain why government intervention in the housing market or other markets is generally bad. He will also speak to the current and future housing market. Eisenberg is well-known for making economics fun, relevant, and educational.
