Monson Savings Bank Donates $10,000 to Revitalize CDC

MONSON — Continuing its longstanding commitment to strengthening local communities, Monson Savings Bank recently donated $10,000 to Revitalize Community Development Corp. (CDC) in support of the organization’s 2026 #GreenNFit Neighborhood Rebuild event.

Revitalize CDC, based in Springfield, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the health, safety, and quality of life for homeowners throughout the region. Through essential home repairs, neighborhood revitalization efforts, and wellness-focused initiatives, Revitalize CDC helps create stronger communities and healthier living environments for individuals and families who need it most.

The annual #GreenNFit Neighborhood Rebuild is one of its signature events, bringing together volunteers, community partners, and local businesses to complete impactful exterior home improvement projects that help homeowners maintain safe and attractive properties while fostering neighborhood pride and community engagement.

In addition to providing financial support, a team of 25 Monson Savings Bank employees, as well as their friends and family members, volunteered during this year’s #GreenNFit Neighborhood Rebuild. The team worked alongside fellow community members to assist with neighborhood improvement projects and help make a meaningful difference for local homeowners.
